Weigh In

I’ve been lax in posting this.  As of yesterday, I have officially lost a total of 14.8 pounds since the first of the year.  I know this month will be a huge one, because it’s my first one, but I’d be happy with a pound a week.  I have a short term goal of 20 pounds by Feb. 20th and 50 pounds by May 20th.  I know the May goal might be pushing it, but I’m really going to work on getting 50 pounds off by my husband’s family reunion Memorial Day Weekend.
